HOME VISIT: Includes litter cleaning, accident cleaning, food, fresh water, yard exercise, meds if needed, brushing and love.
Visits 1-3 per day. – Visit sheet w/every visit.
RATE PER VISIT (7 am - 9 pm)
$14 - Caged or aquarium pets (30 min)
$14 - Cats (1 or 2) (30 min)
$16 - Dogs (1 or 2) or 1 dog and 1 cat (30-40 min)
$18 - Dog (1) visit with walk (50 min)
$20 - Dogs (2) visit with walk (50 min )
Maximum 2 dogs per walk
$1 - Each additional pet
Holidays - add $5/day for the actual holiday day
Indoor dogs require 3 visits/day if no outside access.
FREE Upon Request: Lights/Curtains/Trash/Recycle/Newspapers/Mail/
Water Plants (reasonable #)/Radio/TV.

PET TAXI
$25 Roundtrip transportation to vet/groomer/destination (8 am – 4 pm) I will wait or stay for 15 minutes with trip or return to pick up, but if you wish me to stay more it would be additional $25/hr charged for time waited. Within 5 mile radius of my home.
OVERNIGHT STAY
$65 (9 pm – 7 am) Up at night as needed for your pet.
YARD CLEANING SERVICE
$8 Poop-scoop yard w/scheduled visit
Key pick up/return or multiple consultations
I will be leaving the keys in your home on my last scheduled visit free for you, unless otherwise specified or if you wish me to keep them for future use (no additional pickup fee charged if I keep them). If it is
necessary for a return trip to your home for key pick up/return or another consultation each instance is $15.00
Extra Emergency Visit: $25.00 If notified I need to return for an
unscheduled visit.
POLICIES
Reservations: It is best to plan a couple of weeks in advance in order to
obtain services on the dates you desire. An in-home interview is required,
prior to reservations, for all new clients. While I can tentatively pencil in your dates I must meet you and your pets and access your needs before I make a commitment to providing your pets’ care. During this initial
meeting we will also review and complete forms and sign agreements. Most forms are available on this website and you may download them and fill them out before our initial meeting to save 30 minutes of time.
Meet & Greet Consultation:. $15
When I visit your home for the first time we will do a "get to know you" for the pet owners, pets and me. I will need at least one hour of your undivided attention.
You will have to provide two keys at the time of the meeting. (Please, make sure all keys work)! This is for the safety and care of your pets.
All customers keys are kept in a locked safe and are all coded with only client number in case of loss.
I would also need a garage door opener to enter the house with the door
closed in case of bolting pets or homes with cats.
Extended Absence: In the event you have to be away longer than planned it is mandatory that I hear from you! I will only accept extensions of service by direct confirmation. Your pets’ well being depends on our communication because keys are left in house after the last scheduled visit unless otherwise directed by you.
Be sure to leave a key with someone else in case I complete my visits, leave the keys, and you are detained unexpectedly as I will not be able to enter again unless you call ahead of last visit.
I recommend that you leave your keys with me for a future job if you think you may use my services again to avoid the $15 key pick-up fee and also I will be able to help with any emergency anytime you need me.
Comfort Calls: You may call or text me between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. daily to check on your pet during your absence. Because I’m often out on the road, please leave a message and your call will be returned asap as I do not answer calls when I am driving or with a pet as they have my undivided attention. I love to text and will let you know everything going on if you wish whenever you want to know!
Cancellation Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances
happen from time to time. While The Comforts of Home does not charge
any cancellation fees, we would appreciate as much notice as possible of
any cancellation. If we do come to provide a service according to the
previously set arrangement, without being notified of your cancellation or other change to the schedule, you will be billed for the cost of that service. If the job has begun and is paid, there is no refund for early return.
